Our advice
- Immediately after treatment
Avoid strenuous physical activity for 24 to 48 hours, to minimize the risk of swelling or bruising. Do not touch the treated area: Avoid massaging or rubbing the area where the PRF has been injected, to avoid disrupting the healing process.
- The first few days
Avoid aggressive skin care: Refrain from using exfoliants, chemical peels, or any aggressive skin treatment for at least a week.
