How does penis enlargement and lengthening work?
Penis enlargement
Penis enlargement is performed using lipostructure. In other words, a reinjection of autologous fat (taken from the patient himself).
It involves increasing the diameter of the penis by injecting fat, which can be taken from various parts of the body and transferred to the penis to increase its volume, both at rest and during erection.
Penis enlargement
The penis is lengthened by severing the suspensory ligament, which attaches the corpora cavernosa to the pubic bone.
The penis is freed up and the corpora cavernosa are externalized. The result is a lengthening of 3 to 6 cm, but the gain can only be appreciated at rest.

Procedure for penile surgery
Course
Both penile enlargement and lengthening are usually performed on an outpatient basis. This means that you leave the clinic the same day, after being monitored for a few hours.
Penile surgery is performed under deep sedation, i.e. local anesthesia combined with intravenous tranquilizers.
In some cases, a conventional general anaesthetic may be recommended.
The operation takes between 1h and 1h30.
Results of penoplasty
It takes 8 to 10 weeks for the final result to be appreciated, i.e. an average increase in penis circumference of around 2 to 3 centimetres at rest.
The erect penis is also larger, but in smaller proportions.
The incision made at the base of the penis to lengthen it is perfectly concealed in the pubic hair.
The penis thus retains a totally natural appearance, and the procedure remains undetectable, allowing you to avoid revealing it to a future partner if you so wish.
There is no need to fear erectile dysfunction or changes in sensitivity: normal sensitivity usually returns within 2 to 3 months after the operation.
